KQBOT ("we") may collect the following types of information when you use our platform:

  • Account Information: Basic information provided during registration, such as username and email address.
  • Usage Data: Records of your interactions with the platform, including Skills usage frequency, TOKENS consumption, and activity logs.
  • Device Information: Your device type, operating system version, browser type, IP address, etc.
  • Payment Information: Order details and payment channel identifiers. We do not directly store bank card information; such data is processed by third-party payment providers.

2. Use of Information

The information we collect is used to provide, maintain, and improve platform services; process orders and payments; send important notifications; prevent fraud and security threats; and comply with legal requirements.

3. Information Storage and Security

Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2-SHA512 (210,000 iterations); sensitive data is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS; API keys are stored with AES-256-GCM encryption; audit logs are retained for 7 years.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only with explicit consent, to complete payments, in response to legal requirements, or to protect safety.

5. Cookie Usage

We use cookies to maintain login sessions, remember preferences, and analyze platform usage.

6. User Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us through the ticket system.

7. Third-Party Services

This platform integrates third-party services (payment gateways, AI model providers) with their own privacy policies. For BYOK, your API keys are encrypted and used only for your operations.

8. Protection of Minors

This platform is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. If we discover inadvertent collection from minors, we will delete it immediately.

9. Policy Changes

Material changes will be communicated via in-platform notifications or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
